Hero Noodles Elbow – 1 Schachtel

The box arrived with no crushed pieces, and each elbow is uniform enough that they all cook at the same time. Made a big batch of mac and cheese for the kids and the shape held the sauce perfectly without turning mushy.

These elbows held their shape perfectly through a baked casserole, no mushiness at all. The box size is just right for a weeknight family dinner, and they’re sturdy enough to stand up to a thick sauce.

Finally, a box of elbows that's actually versatile enough for both my weeknight casserole and a proper stovetop mac and cheese. The shape held up through a quick boil and didn't turn to mush, which is all I really ask for.
