Brotlaib mit Saaten, geschnitten

The 1g net carb claim is the real winner for me—I can actually enjoy a proper sandwich without the sugar crash. Slathered it with almond butter for breakfast and it held up beautifully, no crumbling or falling apart. My new go-to loaf for sure.

The texture is spot-on—crusty enough on the outside but soft inside, and the seeds add just the right crunch. Spread some almond butter on a slice and it’s honestly better than any bakery version I’ve tried.

I was skeptical about a seeded loaf that claims 1g net carb, but it toasts up beautifully and holds together for a club sammie without falling apart. The texture is hearty enough that I don't even miss regular bread, and my almond butter has never had a better home.
