Spicewell Neues Salz

I was skeptical about the whole "infused salt" thing, but the subtle mineral taste is genuinely better than my old sea salt. It’s been two weeks and I’ve already used it on everything from eggs to roasted veggies.

The grind is fine enough to use straight from the bag, and the pink salt actually tastes noticeably smoother than my old table salt. I’ve been sprinkling it on everything from eggs to roasted veggies—the 21 added vitamins are a nice bonus I didn’t expect to notice.

I was a little skeptical about a "vitamin salt" but honestly the 21 added minerals are completely undetectable, and the pink flakes dissolve way faster than my old sea salt. It’s become my default for finishing steaks and even rimming a margarita glass.
